This position is to work on these clients’ various events and assist Event Director General Responsibilities: • Assisting Event managers for planning, researching, and executing the events • Managing registration and logistical needs for the events • Generating, developing, and communicating event ideas, themes, venue ideas, decor, floorplan • Support onsite – various locations Qualifications: • 0-2 years of experience in hospitality, or a customer-focused support role is preferred • Exceptional communication skills - both verbal & written • Outstanding time management and organizational skills • Keen attention to detail • Microsoft Office proficiency • Ability to work extended hours and travel when required Stipend: $45-55k up Working Hour: Normally Mon – Friday except events happening on weekend, 9 A.M. to 6 P.M.
