vista 깔린 3년된 HP 랩탑인데, 자꾸 data crash 메시지가 나오면서 꺼졌다가 다시 켜지기를 반복합니다.  restore 기능도 2주전까지 밖에 돌아갈 수 없어서 도움이 안됩니다.  recovery CD도 없고 그냥 컴퓨터 내에 저장되어 있는 건데 그것도 작동하지 않는 것같습니다.  어떻게 하면 프로그램을 새로 깔 수 있는지요?   

이렇게 해보시구요.

1. Reboot, and repeatedly press F10 at the HP logo until the recovery screen appears.
2. When the recovery screen appears, press “Next” and then “Yes” to perform a non-destructive recovery.
3. To perform a destructive recovery, click “Advanced” and then “Yes”.
4. After the recovery is finished, the laptop will reboot.

그래도 안 되면…
HP에서 복원 CD를 구입하십시오. 대략 30불 정도입니다. 그게 가장 싼. 합법적인 방법입니다.

rebooting 때 F10을 눌렀는데, recovery screen이 나오지 않고 setup utility라는게 나오는데요? 아래쪽에 나오는 메뉴에도 recovery option은 안 보이는 것 같습니다.

1. data crash메세지를 구체적으로 말해주세요. 파란 바탕화면이 나오는 걸 말하는 건가요?
2. 만약 파란 바탕화면이 나오는 것을 얘기한다면 정확히 어떤 메세지인지요?
3. 정확히 언제 “data crash”가 발생하나요? 예를 들면 로긴 전이냐 아니면 마소로고 뜨고 난 다음이냐 등등.

부팅이 거의 끝나고서 바탕화면에 아이콘들이 나타난 다음에 (특히 익스프러나 구글크롬으로 인터넷 연결을 시도하면) 바로 파란화면으로 바뀝니다. 메시지는 대충 “컴퓨터 보호를 위해 윈도를 닫는다”는 거고 IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL 이라고 나옵니다. 그리고는 금방 재 부팅으로 들어갑니다. 재 부팅시에는 부팅 끝무렵에 windows has recovered from an unexpected shut down이란 에러 메시지창이 뜨고 그 속에 들어가면 problem event: blue screen, OS version: 6.0.6002.2.2.0.768.3, Locale ID: 1033 같은 내용들을 볼 수 있습니다. 조금 있으면 또 윈도가 꺼지고서 재 부팅에 들어갑니다. 이 넘이 아무래도 죽을 병에 걸려 의식이 왔다갔다 하는 모양입니다.

에어캔을 사서 팬 부근을 한번 불어보세요. 조립에 자신 있으면 키보드를 빼서 불면 더 좋고요. 먼지가 쌓여서일 수도 있어요…

하드웨어 문제가 아닙니다. 악성 바이러스를 먹은 것 같네요. 그 파란 에러 화면 밑부분에 iastor.sys 문제가 있어서 크래쉬되었다고 나올겁니다. 확인해보세요.

이 문제를 해결하시려면 좀 복잡하지만 다음과 같이 고치셔야 합니다.
I had started having this problem a week ago. I think this was one of the hardest virus. But I really didn’t want to mix antivirus software because it will eventually mess OS up and make me format my HD. So I started my journey to manually fix this problem. After a couple of days, I could find a solution that worked.

Problem Description.
1. 5 or 10 seconds after login to Windows 7 64-bit, the system goes to BSOD stating a problem with iastor.sys 2. Since it happens after login, after reboot, you don’t get repair option at the startup, but only safe mode options, even safe mode with command prompt, that will eventually crash at some point.
3. Even after getting recovery CD or repair option enabled, and fix the problem with “bootrec /fixmbr” and “bootrec /fixboot”, BSOD will happen again at the exactly same time around 11:30am in the next day.

A solution: This is a solution I found, which means that you can accomplish this in many other ways.

1. Get to repair command prompt. I could do this by creating another error – by setting HDD mode to compatibility in BIOS. This will create startup error and thus system repair option will appear in startup after reboot.
2. When you get repair mode, skip repairing and try to get to the dialog showing advanced options. This can take 10-20 minutes for some reason I don’t know.
3. In advanced options, go to command prompt and do following before restart

bootrec /RebuildBcd
bootrec /FixMbr
bootrec /FixBoot

4. Change back HDD mode to AHCI in BIOS and save/reboot 5. Delete iastor.sys in windows/system32/iastor.sys and uninstall intel storage management

After rebooting, the BSOD should never happen again.

악성바이러스입니다.
iastor.sys을 지운다고 해도 걸리적거리는건 마찬가지입니다.

1.도스에서 돌아가는 바이러스프로그램(노턴시디)나 safe mode에서 LAVA soft에서 만들어진 ad-aware프로그램 또는 바이러스.애드웨어 프로그램으로 검색.삭제후에 시스템점검한번 해주시면 될것 같네요.
바이러스검색/삭제은 반드시하시고….

2.제일 좋은 방법은 저장된 중요한 내용물을 옮긴후 재설치하는게 좋겠죠..
