PERM 승인 후 i-140/i-485 아직 안 넣은 상태.” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) 이번에 PERM을 EB-3로 승인받고 아직 i-140/i-485 등등을 제출하지 않은 상태입니다. 4분기에 매니저로 승진을 하게 되었는데 이로 인해서 PERM을 다시 해야하면 승진을 미루려고 합니다. 승진을 미뤄야 할지, 언제까지 미뤄야할지 고견 부탁드립니다. 회사 변호사에게도 물어볼테지만 여기엔 경험이 많으신분들이 많아 글 올립니다... 현재 analyst 직군과 manager 직군을 AC21 portability을 보니까 same or similar 하게 보는거 같아요. 왜냐면 같은 팀이고 미래 포지션이 현재 포지션을 매니징하는거거든요. (예를 들어 i-140/i-485 package delivered까지? 접수증 받을때까지? i-140 승인 (premium processing 예정) 후? i-485 승인 후? i-485 승인 후 6개월 후?) 하루하루 마음졸이는게 너무 힘드네요... 도움주시면 정말 감사하겠습니다.
