Accounting major구요, 지금 취업비자 준비중인데
얼마전에 취업비자 스폰서 할수있는 contruction/건설 회사를 만났습니다.
우선 job title은 staff accountant 구요
duties는 간단하게 요약하자면,

– To ensure all assigned staff accountant functions are completed accurately and timely by following existing procedures.
– Review contracts for accuracy and completeness.
– Monitor the status of and follow up on all incomplete contracts.
– Enter and update jobs and floorplans
– Process job budget transfers for communities
– Responsible for individual budget changes for revenue, commissions and closing costs.
– Print the month-end commission reports for review by Controller and then provide to the payroll coordinator.

이정도 인제요.. 직원은 한 3-5명 정도 되고, revenue도 어느정도 괜찮은 회사입니다. 현재 이 postion으로는 일하고 있는 직원이 없구요.

문제는 변호사 여러명이랑 확인했더니
어느 변호사는 문제 없다고 하고, 어느 변호사는 accountant라는 job과 contruction 회사의 nature가 맞지않아서 안될꺼 같다고 합니다.
H1해준다고 하는 회사가 너무 없는데, 지금이라도 다른 회사를 알아보는게 좋을까요???????

제 생각에는 전혀 문제가 없어 보이는데요? accountant 라는 job 은 모든 회사에 통하는 몇 안되는 job 이라서
