제 아이의 EAD 신청이 되돌아왓읍니다.이번이 두번째입니다.
첫번은 첵에 사인을 안해서돌아온 첵에 사인을해서보냈더니
이번에 아래와같은 편지가왔읍니다.선배님들의 해석을 부탁드리겟읍니다.

1. Your petition/application, supporting documents, and one check(s)/money order(s) in the amount of $340.00 are returned. When you have complied with the instructions on this form, you may re-submit your petition/application, fee and all suporting documents with a copy of this notice.

2. all petitions and application require the original signature of any petitioner/applicant age 14 or older. Please sign the petition/application, in blue or black ink.

3. For security purposes all checks and money orders are endosed”For Deposit Only” upon receipt by CIS. You may present this letter to the financial institution issuing the remittance when requesting a refund.

참고로 제아이는 14살이넘엇읍니다.그리고 신청서의신청인란에 제가사인을하고 옆에 아버지라고 썼읍니다.번호순서 대로 명쾌한해석 간곡히부탁드립니다

보내실때 principle applicant의 서류를 모두 보내셔야 합니다. 그래야 dependent의 서류가 principle applicant서류와 통합이 됩니다. 위에 적힌대로 준비해서 보내시면 됩니다.

제집사람이주신청자여서 집사람485접수증,140승인서,호적등본번역,이렇게제아이서류에첨부하여보냈었읍니다.

넘었으면 직접 싸인해야 겠네요. 아버지가 대신 싸인하고 아버지라고 쓰는게 아니라 아이가 직접이요.
