    Company Overview:

    We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled VMI Specialist to join our team, responsible for managing Service Part inventory to ensure the efficient operation of our EV Chargers in the field.

    Basic Requirements:

    · Fluent in English and Korean.
    · Prior experience in Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) management.
    · Preferred: Proficiency in using CMMS for material management.
    · Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
    · Detail-oriented and capable of managing a large inventory of service parts.

    Job Description:
    As a VMI manager at SK Signet America, you will play a critical role in ensuring the availability of service parts for our EV Chargers installed in the field.
    With approximately 640 different types of service parts in our VMI warehouses, your expertise in inventory management will be essential to maintain the highest level of service and customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Service Inventory Management:

    · Maintain and oversee the inventory of service parts required for EV Charger field service operations.
    · Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for material management, including recording material
    transactions, analyzing usage patterns, and identifying stock distributed across multiple locations.
    · Procure necessary service parts for field service operations.
    · Collaborate with the sales and service teams to forecast demand for service parts based on historical data, upcoming
    projects, and customer requirements.

    2. Inventory Trend Analysis:

    · Analyze material issuance trends and consumption patterns to optimize inventory levels.
    · Ensure that adequate stock levels are maintained to meet customer service needs while minimizing excess inventory.

    3. Defective Part Handling:

    · Manage the collection and dispatch of defective parts following replacements.
    · Ensure proper handling, disposal, or return of defective parts as required.

    4. Coordination with HQ, contractors and Regional Hub:

    · Collaborate with HQ, contractors and Regional Hub to synchronize inventory levels and maintain a seamless supply chain.
    · Coordinate with regional hub locations to manage inventory distribution effectively.

    5. Supplier Relationship Management:

    · Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of service parts and resolve any supply chain issues.
    · Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms with suppliers to optimize inventory costs.

    6. Documentation and Reporting:

    · Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns.
    · Generate reports on inventory performance, usage trends, and cost analysis for management review.

    7. Continuous Improvement:

    · Identify opportunities for process improvements in inventory management and implement best practices.
    · Work with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and reduce costs while maintaining service levels.

    8. Emergency Response:

    · Develop and implement contingency plans for emergency situations that may impact service part availability, such as natural disasters or supply chain disruptions.
    · Ensure readiness to respond quickly to unexpected inventory demands.

    9. Inventory Audits:

    · Conduct regular inventory audits to verify the accuracy of stock levels and identify any discrepancies.
    · Take corrective actions to resolve discrepancies and maintain data integrity.

    포지션: CS 자재 담당 매니저 ( Automobile, 기계 관련 자재, 조달 유경험자 우대)

    · 기본 requirement : 영어/한국어 가능자, VMI 관리 유경험자
    · 기본 업무 :

    1) 고객 요청에 따른 Service 운영 재고 관리, Service 자재 VMI 운영 관리, CMMS를 활용한 자재 관리 : 자재 수불기록과 사용량 분석 그리고 미 전역에 산재한 재고파악 및 작업에서 필요한 자재 조달

    2) 자재 불출 trend 분석 및 그에 따른 적정 재고 수준 유지 관리

    3) Replace 이후 불량품 수거 및 발송 관리

    4) Main VMI 와 지역별 Hub 재고 연계 관리

    *** 자사가 Field 에 설치한 충전기가 문제가 생겼을 경우에 필요한 Service Part 자재에 대한 관리 입니다.
