Now Editing “대기업 물류회사에서 Trucking Operations Coordinator 채용중” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) Company * Location Expires at Position Title: Trucking Operations Coordinator General Responsibilities: • Plan and schedule truck shipments to meet customer and company deadlines • Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and warehouse teams for timely pickups and deliveries • Monitor shipment status and proactively address any delays or issues • Maintain and manage transportation documentation (BOLs, delivery receipts, etc.) • Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety procedures • Track and report on key performance metrics (e.g., on-time delivery rates, carrier performance) • Support cost control efforts and assist in freight invoice validation Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in trucking or transportation operations • Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is a plus • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Korean proficiency is a plus) • Ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced environments • Customer service mindset • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills • Working knowledge of DOT or local transport regulations (if applicable) • Bilingual in Korean is preferred. Stipend: $50,000 ~ 60,000 Working Hour: Mon-Fri 9 A.M. to 6 P.M.
