QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
A candidate must have relevant education or experiences as below:
– Minimum 5+ years of work experiences in Logistics and Transportation field.
– Minimum 3+ years of BPR, PI or consulting experiences.
– Minimum 3+ years of Project Management experiences.
– Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent IT / Computer Science experiences.
– Excellent communication skills both in written and verbal.
– Proven problem solving skills in various environments and cases.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a team member of Process Innovation team, a candidate is expected to:
– Provide business process analysis, process reformation and/or IT systems modification suggestions
in accordance with proposed changes.
– Perform employee interviews to gather relevant data, process & analyze them with various tools,
come up with innovative suggestions and present an organized proposal to concerned parties.
– Search for third party service or product providers, compare & evaluate them with functions and prices, support the decision making process and run the implementation projects.
– Document all steps of PI procedures, write standard operation process manuals and train employees.
– Support and guide other departments (internal customers) to run their own PI projects.
– Provide benchmarking, case study and insights about logistics automation to the organization.
– Collaborate and coordinate with other team departments in increasing overall efficiency.
– Report to Team Leader with progresses of given tasks and complete them in a timely manner.
