Manages all aspects of employee relations, including performance reviews and disciplinary issues, conducting reviews for GM’s direct reports and assuring OM, supervisors are conducting periodic reviews for their reports. Directs Maintenance and PM programs for lift truck fleet. Incorporates and manages all Safety programs and reporting Manages all supply vendors and purchasing.
