** Qualification

•2+ years of experience in finance. Relevant degree in finance/accounting or Business
•BS Degree
• Bilingual in English and Korean p

*** Purpose

Responsible for reviewing and entering daily financial transactions (A/R & A/P entries) through
corporate system and providing support to generate financial reports, monitoring & reconciling
accounts, and preparing ad-hoc requests and financial forecasts.

*** Responsibilities

1. Review/Enter vendor invoices into SAP and in-house GATE program as needed.
2. Prepare back-up information for client billings
3. Support to monitor for budget/estimate maintenance by Projects
4. Support prepare monthly Resource Burn Reports
5. Manage monthly closing process – prepare and reconcile for balance sheet, revenue and expense
accounts.
6. Support team to reconcile the accounts and prepare year-end financial statements for financial
audit.
7. Corporate Vender management and Procurement Support
8. Support team to prepare various ad hoc reports from HQ and performs duties as directed by the
team
9. Train/Communicate with other department with company policies and procedures.
Professional Skills & Knowledge
Should have a good understanding of financial reporting, analysis and high proficiency with Excel and
Word. Attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks.
