This role also covers onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations. <strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong> - Manage end-to-end recruiting: job postings, resume screening, phone interviews, and coordination with hiring managers. - Administer payroll-related tasks by managing hourly timecards, reviewing PTO and travel requests, and tracking attendance for both exempt and non-exempt staff to ensure accurate compensation and recordkeeping. - Assist with visa application processes and coordination with legal teams, while managing USCIS notifications and ensuring ongoing compliance with immigration regulations for visa-holding employees. - Coordinate employee benefits administration, including monthly insurance invoice processing, annual renewals, and employee recognition programs such as birthday gift cards, congratulatory gestures, and condolences. Maintain ongoing communication with brokers and support employee well-being initiatives. - Support OSHA compliance by coordinating safety training, monitoring adherence to safety standards (e.g., PPE, hazard prevention), and assisting with OSHA inspections and follow-up actions. - Respond to employee inquiries, conduct internal investigations, and hold HR meetings to maintain a compliant and respectful workplace.
