■ 채용분야 : Social Media Marketing Associate

■ 직무내용 :
The Social Media Marketing Associate (Entry-Level) supports the planning, creation, and management of social media content for Company.
This role is ideal for candidates who are starting their marketing career and want hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, and brand communication.

1. Social Media Management
• Manage and maintain official social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Schedule and publish posts according to the content calendar
• Monitor comments and direct messages; provide basic responses as needed

2. Content Planning & Creation Support
• Assist with creating marketing content such as images, reels, short videos, and social posts
• Draft content captions in English (Korean is a plus)
• Collect and organize content related to students, candidates, events, and success stories

3. Brand & Marketing Support
• Support marketing campaigns for Company
• Assist with promoting events, orientations, interviews, and student success stories
• Update and organize marketing materials (posters, flyers, announcements)

4. Data Tracking & Reporting
• Track social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, views)
• Assist with weekly and monthly marketing performance reports

■ 자격요건 :
• Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or related fields
• Strong interest in social media and digital marketing
• Basic English communication skills
• Organized, responsible, and able to manage deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace

Preferred
• Experience managing Instagram or LinkedIn accounts
• Familiarity with design/video tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
• Bilingual in English and Korean
