Oversee all production stages: development, PP/TOP samples, approvals, and bulk. 2. Manage T&A calendar and ensure all deadlines are met. 3. Lead daily communication with overseas factories on fabric, trims, samples, and production status. 4. Resolve issues related to quality, delays, or materials to keep orders on schedule. 5. Monitor WIP, shipment plans, and track delivery until arrival. 6. Coordinate with design, sales, and technical teams for smooth workflow. 7.
