■ 근무지 :
– New York, NY

■ 직무명 : Fashion Production Manager

■ 업무내용 :
1. Oversee all production stages: development, PP/TOP samples, approvals, and bulk.
2. Manage T&A calendar and ensure all deadlines are met.
3. Lead daily communication with overseas factories on fabric, trims, samples, and production status.
4. Resolve issues related to quality, delays, or materials to keep orders on schedule.
5. Monitor WIP, shipment plans, and track delivery until arrival.
6. Coordinate with design, sales, and technical teams for smooth workflow.
7. Provide leadership to production staff and improve production processes.

■ 자격요건 :
– Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Apparel Production, or related field.
– 8-10 years of apparel production experience; management experience preferred.
– Knowledge of garment construction and overseas manufacturing.
– Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office.

■ 연봉 : Start is $75~$80K/year
■ 근무형태 : Full-Time(On-site)
