Position Title: Project Management

General Responsibilities:
• Project manager in the execution of the management plan for assigned projects.
• Help coordinate and manage the project from inception to completion.
• Review project designs and contributes ideas for cutting costs & schedule.
• Help problem-solve issues and suggest ways to improve the project.
• Help create, manage and maintain the project budget.

Qualifications:
• Knowledge of construction.
• Knowledge of reading blueprint.
• Must be fluent speaking of English.
• Good relationship with people and can manage multiple tasks.

Stipend:
•1 – 5yrs: $50k – 65k / year
•5 – 10yrs: S65k – 85k / year
•10+yrs: $85K+ / year

Working Hour: Mon – Fri, 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.
