Position Title: Sales & Admin Associate
General Responsibilities:
• Promote school programs to prospective students through phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
• Assist in managing and responding to student leads from online platforms and social media.
• Support the enrollment process by guiding students from initial contact to registration.
• Help organize and participate in marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, follow-ups, and registration status.
• Create and update promotional materials and assist with online content.
• Collaborate with the team to improve student recruitment strategies.
• Assist with front-desk duties and provide general administrative support.
• Provide students with information on courses, schedules, policies, and services.
• Help coordinate school events and ensure smooth daily operations.Qualifications:
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Background in business, marketing, or education preferred.
• Prior administrative or sales-related experience is a plus.Stipend: TBA After Interview
Working Hour: Mon-Fri, 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.Fringe Benefits:
