Essential Duties:
• Synthesis and surface modification of nanomaterials for MNFH based nanomedical applications.
• To perform in vitro and in vivo biocompatibility/toxicity/performance test of nanomaterials.
• To design and perform pre-clinical studies of magnetic nanomaterials with various biological/physiological environments.
• To contribute and actively participate in the conception of design and execution of research to address defined problems.
• To pursue independent but complementary research interests and interact with a broad spectrum of scientists internally and externally to the Laboratory.
• To collaborate with scientists in a multidisciplinary team environment to accomplish research goals.
• To maintain and establish laboratory protocols.
• To have easy accessibility to document research; publish papers in peer-reviewed journals, and present results at meetings/conferences.
• To execute other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
• PhD in Material Science Engineering (Especially magnetic materials), Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Bio(medical) Engineering or related fields.
• Broad-based knowledge in colloidal/inorganic nanomaterial synthesis and surface chemistry.
• Experiences on cell culture, cell studies, applications of magnetic nanomaterials for in-vitro cell studies (analysis) and in-vivo studies, cell pathological/histological studies, and analysis of magnetic nanoparticle treated cells and tissues
• Experience in mouse Xenograft model.
• Plenty of knowledges on pre-clinical studies using magnetic nanomaterials.
• Experience in pharmaceutical industries.
• If applicant is Korean, need language influence in both Korean and English. Otherwise it is required for only English.

Job Type: Full-time, A Senior Researcher)
Salary Range: 85 K – 110 K per year depending on working experience
