이것을 쓴후 주위에 아는 한국 사람에게 싸인 받아서 제출해도 아무 문제가 없다는데 사실인가요?

번역본에 공증 받는것이 아니고,
위의 예시와 같은 문서를 번역한 분이 작성한 후, 이것을 공증인앞에서 싸인한후 공증 받는겁니다.

저는 공증없이 다른 사람에게 싸인받아서 냈는데 문제없이 승인되었습니다. 제 변호사는 공증받는게 좋다고 하던데 안했다고 문제 생겼다는 경우를 들어본 적이 없네요.

사실입니다. 이민국 홈페이지에 해당 폼 가이드라인을 보시면 공증하란말은 전혀 찾을 수 없습니다. 저도 그렇게 준비해서 승인 다 받았습니다.
