7년 장기 펜딩 중입니다.
7월 말에 NBC로 이관되었고, 8월 16일에 RFIE(Request For Initial Evidence)를 발송했다는 통지를 이메일로 받았습니다.
그런데 8월 31일까지  RFIE가 도착안해서 R-request를 했더니, 답변에는 RFE를 보낸 적이 없고, 필드오피스로 케이스가 보내져서 인터뷰 스케줄이 잡힐 거라는 답변을 받았습니다.

질문은 
1. 이메일로 RFE를 발송했다는 통지를 받고, USCIS에서 조회를 해도 똑같이 나오는데 E-request 답변은 RFE를 보낸 적이 없다고 하고 이런 경우가 있을 수 있나요?

2. E-request 답변에 나온 필드오피스는 저희 집근처에 없는 필드 오피스입니다. 
다른 케이스와 혼동이 되었는지, E-request 답변에 문제가 있는 것일까요?

USCIS에 전화 연결도 안되고 많이 걱정이 됩니다.
어떻게 해결해야 할까요?
