I-485 pending 중이구요 . I-485 received date: 08/10/2007 이고 noticed Date: 09/05/2007 입니다. EAD 카드 를 페이퍼로 갱신하려하는데요. 수수료 $380 를 내지 않아도 되나요? 2010년도에 갱신할때는 수수료 냈었거든요.그리고 이번 페이퍼 갱신방법도 완전정복 메뉴에 있는 “EAD 갱신” 방법 (2008 년도에 올려진 게시물) 그대로 하면 되나요?“If you filed a Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, on July 30, 2007, or after, and you paid the I-485 application fee required, then no fee is required to file a request for employment authorization on Form I-765. You may file the I-765 together with your I-485, or you may submit the I-765 at a later date. If you file Form I-765 separately, you must also submit a copy of your Form I-797C, Notice of Action, receipt as evidence of the filing of a Form I-485.If you are filing for an extension of your Employment Authorization and your Form I-485, Application for Permanent Residence, was filed before July 30, 2007, then you must pay the $380 filing fee.(from USCIS website)”감사합니다.
