[Company Overview] 
We are a manufacturer of automotive plastic interior components supplied directly to OEM automakers. Our core competency lies in lightweight parts produced through blow molding and injection molding processes. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a bilingual Sales professional to manage cost calculation and price negotiations with key OEM customers.

[Position Summary]
This role sits within the Sales team and is responsible for preparing cost calculation sheets to support price negotiations, leading pricing discussions with OEM customers, and responding to a wide range of customer requests. We are hiring across a broad experience range — from Assistant Manager to Senior Manager level — and welcome candidates with backgrounds in plastic parts manufacturing or module assembly who have performed similar functions.

[Key Responsibilities]
· Prepare cost calculation sheets (원가 계산서) to support pricing strategy and customer negotiations
· Analyze and manage product pricing by reflecting raw material cost changes, exchange rate fluctuations, and customer price updates
· Calculate pricing impact and retroactive settlement amounts resulting from exchange rate fluctuations
· Lead and participate in price negotiations with OEM customers
· Prepare and submit pricing approval documents to OEM customers
· Manage sales and purchase pricing in SAP, including price registration, updates, and monthly closing settlement data
· Serve as the primary owner of After-Sales (AS) pricing — calculating, validating, and documenting AS part prices based on customer and internal requests
· Support monthly closing by verifying pricing and settlement accuracy
· Prepare and issue invoices based on pricing and settlement data, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
· Maintain documentation for price changes, retroactive settlements, and pricing approval records
· Respond to customer requests regarding pricing, cost information, and related program changes
· Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, and Quality teams to gather cost inputs and validate pricing assumptions

[Required Qualifications]
· Experience preparing cost calculation sheets and conducting price negotiations with automotive OEM customers (e.g., Hyundai, Kia, Mobis)
· Hands-on experience managing pricing in SAP (price registration, updates, monthly settlement)
· Background in plastic parts manufacturing and/or module assembly industries
· Fluent in both Korean and English (spoken and written)
· Strong Excel skills for pricing calculations, retroactive settlement analysis, and cost data management
· Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

[Preferred Qualifications]
· Experience with plastic blow molding and/or injection molding processes
· Experience handling After-Sales (AS) part pricing
· Familiarity with OEM pricing approval processes
· Experience working with Korean-affiliated OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers
