We are is seeking a motivated and dynamic Wholesale Sales Associate/Specialist to join our growing U.S. sales team. This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with B2B clients including beauty retailers, e-commerce platforms, and distributors. Whether you're just starting out or bring up to 5 years of sales experience, this is a great opportunity to grow in the booming K-beauty industry with a global leader. General Responsibilities: • Develop and manage relationships with wholesale clients across North America • Identify and approach new B2B sales opportunities, including retail stores, salons, and online sellers • Present product catalogs and promotions to prospective buyers, and negotiate pricing and terms • Process purchase orders and collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery • Track and analyze sales data to optimize performance and forecast client needs • Participate in domestic beauty trade shows and sales events to represent the brand • Provide after-sales service and maintain client satisfaction • Coordinate with marketing and merchandising teams to align sales strategy with product launches Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) • 0–5 years of experience in B2B sales, wholesale, or account management (beauty/FMCG industry a plus) • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Highly organized and self-motivated with a customer-first mindset • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus • Bilingual in English and Korean is preferred but not required • Ability to travel occasionally for business meetings or trade shows Stipend: $55,000 –$95,000 (commensurate with experience) Working Hour: Mon – Fri, 8 A.M. to 5 P.M.
