    Position Title: National B2B Sales Representative

    Role Description:
    We are a global leader in K-beauty e-commerce and wholesale distribution. With headquarters in Seoul and branch offices worldwide, we connect Korean cosmetic brands with international markets through innovative platforms and strategic partnerships.
    We are seeking a driven and dynamic National B2B Sales Representative to lead and expand our wholesale business across the U.S. This position is responsible for developing strategic partnerships with distributors, retail chains, and independent stores, with a focus on K-beauty and skincare products. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, cosmetics or FMCG, and a passion for global beauty trends.

    General Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute nationwide B2B sales strategies to achieve company targets
    • Identify and acquire new wholesale customers, including retail chains, online retailers, beauty salons, and specialty stores
    • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize account potential
    • Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, and product training for clients
    • Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to support client promotions and fulfillment
    • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities
    • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools
    • Attend domestic trade shows and networking events to represent the brand

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
    • Minimum 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, or consumer goods
    • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
    • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
    • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
    • Bilingual in English and Korean is a strong plus
    • Ability to travel domestically (up to 30%)

    Stipend: TBD
    Working Hour: Mon – Fri, 8 A.M. to 5 P.M.
