The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. General Responsibilities: • Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and procedures. • Prepare and execute timely payments to vendors, maintaining good relationships and accurate records. • Reconcile AP accounts and assist with month-end closing, including journal entries and reports. • Maintain organized records of accounts payable transactions and supporting documents. • Support internal and external audit processes by preparing necessary documentation related to AP. • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and office supplies management. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial and operational workflow. Qualifications: 1) Minimum Qualifications: • Strong written and oral communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, self-motivated approach. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. 2) Preferred Qualifications: • Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean. • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software. • Prior experience in accounts payable or general accounting functions. Stipend: $45K~$75K or up Working Hour: Mon-Fri, 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.
