This may involve using warehouse management software or systems(SAP) to monitor and manage inventory. •Receiving and Inspection: Receiving incoming shipments, inspecting them for quality and quantity, and verifying that they match the purchase orders or delivery notes. •Storage and Organization: Strategically organizing and arranging items within the warehouse to optimize space utilization and ease of access. This may include using pallets, racks, bins, or other storage systems. •Order Fulfillment: Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment according to customer requirements or internal demands. Accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment are crucial to meet delivery deadlines. •Shipping and Distribution: Coordinating outbound shipments, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and documentation for shipping, and arranging carriers or transportation logistics. •Quality Control: Implementing quality control measures to prevent damage or loss of inventory during handling and storage. This includes monitoring storage conditions, such as temperature and humidity, to preserve product integrity. •Safety and Compliance: Ensuring that the warehouse operates in compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Identifying and addressing potential safety hazards and providing training to warehouse staff on safety procedures. •Equipment Maintenance: Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems, to ensure they are in proper working condition. •Team Management: Supervising and coordinating the activities of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure productivity and efficiency. •Reporting and Documentation: Generating reports on inventory levels, order status, and warehouse performance metrics. Maintaining accurate records of all warehouse activities and transactions. •Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing efficiency-enhancing measures to streamline warehouse operations. •Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments, such as procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure smooth coordination of activities and to address any issues that may arise. •Main Customers: Hyundai Steel, Denso, Hyundai Mobis, Samsung SDS, etc. Qualifications: •Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills •Fluent in English skills required Stipend: $60k~80k up (Negotiable) Working Hour: Mon – Fri, 8 :00A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
