Beginner- Associate level 48k-70k  based on experience + full benefits

Business hrs: 8:30-5:30, M-F

Qualifications

– Proficiency in Excel

– Proficient in both English and Korean

– Bachelor’s Degree/ or equivalent experience preferred

– Good written and verbal communication skills

– Visa/ Green card support available

Logistics Ocean Import/ Freight forwarding

Responsibilities

Communicate with overseas agents to initiate ocean import processing
Customs clear importing goods through customs brokerage
Consolidate or deconsolidate containers when necessary
Track delivery status and communicate information with applicable parties
Handle accounting tasks (AP/AR/CLOSING/ ETC)
Input servicing information onto the internal system
Prepare and report service activities to Ocean Import Part/ Team manager(s).
Other projects as requested by management
