■ 직무명 : SCM Planning 물류기획팀- Staff / Assistant Manager

■ 업무내용 :
1. Logistics Operations Support
– Assist in managing inbound shipments from Korea and China to Los Angeles
– Coordinate and track product distribution to major hubs
– Monitor shipping schedules and help resolve delivery delays or issues
– Support inventory management and warehouse operations
2. Data Management & Documentation
– Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and delivery schedules
– Enter and update data in logistics management systems
– Prepare regular reports on inventory status and shipment tracking
3. Communication & Coordination
– Communicate effectively with carriers, warehouse personnel, and internal teams
– Collaborate with the Logistics Manager and cross-functional departments
– Assist in resolving logistics-related inquiries and issues
4. System Utilization
– Create data analysis and reports using Microsoft Excel
– Prepare presentation materials using Microsoft PowerPoint
– Learn and adapt to company-specific logistics software and tools

■ 자격요건 :
– 학사 이상 (물류, 무역, SCM 등 유관 전공자 우대)
– Microsoft Excel 및 PowerPoint 활용 능력 (필수)
– 물류, 공급망(Supply Chain), 운송 관련 경험 우대
– 한국어/영어 이중 언어 구사 가능자 (우대)
