Position Title: SCM Associate

General Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the overall logistics planning cycle for nail products and B2B and B2C customers, managing a team of 5 SCM associates
• Improve the demand planning by operating strategic supply forecast considering the lead time based on market demand status
• Collect data and analyze for inventory management, manufacturing decisions, and delivery schedules
• Oversee the PO database and maintains open PO quantities for accurate data information
• Analyze customers’ demands to deal with errors and suggest improvement plans with the business stakeholders
• Report revenue, expense, and cost projection to management on a regular basis
• Establish standard operating procedures for purchasing and monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of procedures

Qualifications:
• Experience in a Planning and/or purchasing position
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or a related field
• Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
• In-depth knowledge of purchasing functions, inventory and supply management systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide direction to overseas vendors
• A good understanding of sourcing and the ability to maintain vendor/client relationships
• Ability to work independently but also thrives while working alongside others
• Deadline-oriented; proven ability to meet timing expectations
• Strong work ethic, results-oriented, and proactive

Stipend: TBD after Interview
Working Hour: Mon-Fri, 9 A.M.-6 P.M.
