General Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive market research through surveys, desktop analysis, email communication, phone inquiries, and attending competitor product launches. • Respond promptly and professionally to all product-related questions, addressing queries effectively. • Collaborate with business and engineering teams to strategize and support product development initiatives. • Participate in sales and marketing workshops or refresher courses to enhance skills. • Assist in planning and executing new product launches and related events. • Conduct engaging product demonstrations for customers, employees, and other stakeholders. • Support the development of business plans by gathering insights and contributing ideas. • Schedule and coordinate training sessions while attending meetings as necessary. • Identify emerging market opportunities and communicate findings to the Manager and relevant stakeholders. • Provide constructive product recommendations and suggestions to drive revenue growth. Qualifications: • Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus. • Strong ability to learn and recall product specifications and details. • Effective communicator with skills to deliver inspiring product demonstrations. • Deadline-oriented with flexibility to work after hours when needed. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent telephone etiquette. • Demonstrates a strong growth mindset and eagerness to learn. • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is preferred. • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
