Responsibilities Oversee all day-to-day operations, including but not limited to revenue - sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and taxes Supervise and develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training and maintaining strong employee relationships Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Be proactive and responsible for work and personal actions. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Understand and follow company rules and regulations. Perform all other duties as assigned and required. Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. Excellent in the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 6 + years of experience in Accounting and Operation is required. CPA Certification holder is preferred Experience with account ERP required (i.e. Sage, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.) Ability to perform mathematical calculations quickly and accurately Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy is required.
