Finance Manager

Job duties
	Set up and maintain the financial policies and procedures for the company and its affiliates
	Short term and mid-long term business plan for the company and its affiliates
	Manage the company's financial statements, Cash flow, budgeting, and tax compliance
	Work with CPA firms, law firms, banks, investors, affiliates and internal teams to create optimized financing and business plans.
	Manage M&amp;A financing, investment analysis, and IPO opportunities
	KPI Management
	Prepare monthly/quarterly reports and other data for affiliates’ BOD meetings and other business meetings
	Other duties

Requirements
	Around 10 years of professional work experience as a Manager with process innovation role
	A solid understanding of financial reporting, treasury, tax, accounting principles (IFRS and GAAP) and other related reporting and analysis
	Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, etc.), SAP, and other financial software
	Bilingual (English/Korean) is required
	Must be legally eligible to work in the US
	Attention to details and ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
	Analyze and forecast financial, economic, and other business data to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions
