The role involves direct communication with end users to ensure the systems function correctly and efficiently ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Analyze user requests to determine if system modifications are necessary Collaborate regularly with users to resolve system-related questions and issues. Analyze, design, develop, and implement changes related to projects or system enhancements. Coordinate with other departments within HAEA for cross-functional projects or issues. Collaborate with external vendors when system integration is required Perform other duties as assigned SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Decision-making & Discretion: Evaluate complex issues with multiple variables; exercise judgment in choosing appropriate methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to obtain results. External Collaboration: Work with key stakeholders outside of the immediate technical domain. Reporting: Escalate business-related matters that fall outside the scope of the role to the appropriate supervisor. Strategy & Planning: Define procedures for new tasks and coordinate activities across teams when necessary EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience WORK EXPERIENCE: Hands-on experience with RESTful Web Services, Microservices, .NET, ReactJS, and Node.js (preferred as a secondary skill).
