[주요업무] 

–       Responsible for all the activities of sales and marketing of oncology products including the development of objectives, policies, life-cycle management, marketing programs and organization’s structure.  

–       Direct responsibility of P/L for Oncology Business.

–       Direct and control all sales, marketing and promotional activities for the Oncology BU to ensure that sales targets will be achieved

–       Develop and implement marketing policies and programs, including pricing, conditions of sale, advertising product service and promotion

–       Manage marketing & sales expenditure and operational expenditure, ensuring that financial targets are met

–       Develop and implement marketing and sales organization’s structure, processes, training and systems

–       Cooperate with other departments to achieve best practice.

–       Build relationship with key opinion leaders.

–       Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities

[지원자격]

–       Above Bachelor Degree

–       More than 10 years (including 3 years of oncology experience)

–       Strategic Orientation

–       Leading and Developing People

–       Financial skills

–       Knowledge of Pharmaceutical and oncology market

–       General understanding of sales activities

–       KOL Management

–       Building Business & Customer relationship

–       Fluent in English & Korean
