변호사 – “As I mentioned in my earlier email, we will not know for sure until it is filed and the government assigns the category. As mentioned, based on the requirements, it should be EB-2.”
다시 확인 질문 – “Can I understand your answer as this? “My case will be applied for EB-2, however, we will not know the category until the government approves it.”
변호사 답장 – “Based on the requirements for the position, yes, that is correct. We do not request this and we do not know, we present the case to the DOL with our PERM application. If it is approved, then we will check the EB2 box on the I-140 application and hope they approve.”

EB2로 해보긴 할건데 확실히 장담은 못하겠다는 말입니다. 여러가지 정황을 따져봐서는 EB2가 될것이라고 생각되지만 100% 확실하진 않다라는 말이네요. 이 상황에서는 원글님이 할수있는 일은 없어보이고, 변호사 말대로 LC가 승인되면 140-485 계속해서 EB2로 deny안되고 승인되기만을 기다리는 수밖에 없겠네요.
