    About the Job :

    We are seeking a highly motivated, results‑driven, and experienced Business Developer to lead and accelerate our sales initiatives within the engineering business segment across North America. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of acquiring new clients and successfully expanding into new markets. This role is critical to strengthening our market presence and driving the company toward its aggressive revenue growth objectives.

    Main Responsibilities :

    Sales Strategy & Execution

    Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue and market share growth for new business opportunities.
    Manage the full sales lifecycle—from initial lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and contract closing.
    Consistently achieve or exceed assigned annual sales and profit targets, contributing to team‑based performance goals.

    Team Leadership & Management

    Implement effective sales processes, performance metrics, and reporting mechanisms to support high team performance and accurate forecasting.
    Work closely with Engineering, Project Management, and Operations teams to ensure seamless project handoff and successful execution.

    Market & Customer Relationship Management

    Cultivate and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing clients while proactively developing relationships with potential new customers.
    Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities and support product/service enhancement.
    Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to strengthen brand visibility and market presence.

    Experience & Qualifications :

    Bachelor’s degree required
    Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Strong negotiation and problem‑solving abilities
    Highly detail‑oriented with the ability to maintain a strategic, big‑picture perspective
    Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
    Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast‑changing environment
