Bilingual is preferred
BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Thorough understanding of data structure and algorithms
7+ years of experience as a full-stack developer (E-commerce or marketplace platform experience is a plus)
Web development: 7+ years
Familiar with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
Understanding of Model-View-Controller and/or MV* design pattern
Strong background in web development (using Python and Django framework) and experience implementing Web Services (REST API)
Strong understanding of the entire web development process, including development, deployment and back-end knowledge
Usage of database technologies, such as MS-SQL, MySQL, and/or MongoDB
Version control with Git (pull request, code review workflows)
Testing developed modules
Excellent communication skills

Experience with the following is a plus:
Knowledge of cross-browser, cross-platform implementation techniques and an advocate of web standards
Experience with React.js, Node.js, and Express.js
Experience with a cross-platform/hybrid app using JS
Experience with developing fully responsive, interactive websites
Familiarity with ES6
Strong understanding of system administration such as virtualization, networking, cloud environment (experience in AWS, Azure Cloud or Google Cloud Platform)
Ability to create effective user interfaces, either command line or graphical
Understanding of overall web application architecture design
