Now Editing “[Samsung C&T America] Operations Specialist” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) Company * Location Expires at <strong>๐ฑ About the Role</strong> We are searching for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can manage and execute end-to-end trade operations for our Fertilizer Trading team. ๐ The operations specialist should feel comfortable communicating with internal and external partners to manage a variety of tasks, such as โจ sales/system data management, ๐ preparation of shipping document, and ๐ข logistics scheduling. The ideal candidate is a natural coordinator, bilingual in English & Korean, and with a strong sense of ownership ๐ช. <strong>๐ Key Responsibilities</strong> ๐ฆ Shipping documentation handling: upon receipt of shipping notices and documents from shipper and/or freight forwarder cross check against purchase orders in the system and work on revision as needed ๐ฐ Payment process: processing of various types of payments such as imported merchandise, freight, inland trucking, duty to US Custom and other direct costs. ๐๏ธ Folder/Journal management: all transactions and payment related documents for all shipments must be timely filed and managed. ๐ Managing activities related to trading between different regions and/or countries. ๐ Logistics coordination for smooth operation matching up purchases with sales ๐ฌ Communication with customers and follow up on request accordingly ๐ป Purchase/Sales data input to ERP(SAP) system ๐ Credit management for customers ๐ Custom clearance preparation: submission of shipping documents to custom broker for correction and timely entry filing.
