We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to oversee all the Quality activities in a metallurgical manufacturing company.

The ideal candidate will be focusing on two main areas:

Quality System:
Maintenance of the ISO9001 Certified Quality System.TS16949, IATF16949
Manage and carry on Internal Audits.
Coordinate External Audits with an official registrar company.
Product Quality:
Vendor’s Quality and performance. Incoming material inspection.
Internal Product Quality: Internal processes quality and controls, and final quality controls.
Customers Quality: Manage costumer complaints and costumer relations regarding quality.
The ideal candidate will also supervise environmental issues and coordinate safety issues with our external advisor.

Responsibilities

Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
Oversee all product development procedures to ensure compliance of quality standards.
Verify that the purchased raw material or products from suppliers meet the specifications.
Monitor the vendor’s performance.
Supervise the inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback.
Inspect final output to guarantee that requirements are achieved, approving the right products and rejecting defective ones.
Keep accurate documentation of all processes and procedures in the plant.
Analyze data to detect deviations from the standards.
Submit detailed reports as needed.
Be the driver of the continuous improvement in the plant.
Skills

Proven experience as Quality Manager and ISO experience.
Outstanding communication skills.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Proficient in MS Office and knowledge of data analysis.
In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
Certification as Internal Auditor is a strong advantage (ISO 9000, TS, etc.)
