Customer Service • Process sample requests via Phone, Email, Website, etc. • Record the details in Excel 2. Internal Sample Requests • Process requests from Direct, Distributors, National, and HQ(Commercial/RSM) • Record the details in Excel 3. Payments to Vendors (EVS Uploads) • Fabricator – FulfillEx, Canada/ Toro Cover • Freight – Ocean Blue, Glovis, Orient Star • Display – Victor Display (30% Deposit/70% Balance), HQ • Shipper – FedEx, WWEX • Printer – Washington, RR Donnelly • Label – BrandContents • Uline 4.
