Now Editing “⏺ Sample Coordinator ⏺ Premium Kitchen & Bath ⏺신입 & 경력(2~5년)” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) Company * Location Expires at Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt Location: Atlanta, GA (Corporate Office) Reports to: Sr. Planning Manager [Roles & Responsibility] • Daily sample requests and record all the requests on the template • Plan monthly allotment distribution by request • Manage monthly Ending SAP Release • Manage requests of BDM/RSM/Director and process the requests • Create/Request PO regard to the sample sizes that do not exist in the inventory • Daily Sample Credit renewal via Toro Website • Daily distribution of tracking number • Biweekly low inventory check and request fabrication on the low inventory • Fedex follow up upon request regard to scheduling Pick-up, Re-consignment, and Label & BOL creating. • Weekly FulfillEX (Marketing Vendor fulfillment center) follow up • Create Fedex Label for product delivery and deliver products to the mailbox • Monthly check on overnight Fedex usage expense 1. Customer Service • Process sample requests via Phone, Email, Website, etc. • Record the details in Excel 2. Internal Sample Requests • Process requests from Direct, Distributors, National, and HQ(Commercial/RSM) • Record the details in Excel 3. Payments to Vendors (EVS Uploads) • Fabricator – FulfillEx, Canada/ Toro Cover • Freight – Ocean Blue, Glovis, Orient Star • Display – Victor Display (30% Deposit/70% Balance), HQ • Shipper – FedEx, WWEX • Printer – Washington, RR Donnelly • Label – BrandContents • Uline 4.
