Project Lead

⭕The Public transit (AFC, TVM, Faregate, Card reader, Cabling) Project Lead will collaborate with a prime contractor and subcontractors for the training, deployment, and maintenance. The Company is doing a project with Washing Metro for the faregate deployment and maintenance including faregate hardware and software, payment validator, and station terminal computer. Candidate must be fluent in English and Korean.

What You Do:

⭕Manage the project teams (Deployment team, Maintenance team)
⭕Work with the prime contractor
⭕Work with the subcontractors
⭕Manage the project schedule and deliverables
Lead internal meetings and daily stand ups to drive to decision
Lead client meetings and build trust with stakeholders
Foresee and communicate the risk and liability factors associated with a project
Respond quickly to incoming client requests, and pro-actively communicate the status of those requests to the clients as work is completed within the process framework

What You Need:

⭕At least 5 years of project management experience
Inherent ability to communicate with colleagues to gain perspective and expertise
Strength in creatively problem-solving and critical thinking
An understanding of the principles of effective presentation
Experience working under pressure and comfortable with change
Proficient knowledge of MS project, MS Excel, PowerPoint
An independent work ethic and drive and know when to escalate to higher ups
Strong organizational, communication skills, both oral and written Excellent interpersonal skills
⭕Public transit project experience is preferred (AFC, TVM, Faregate, Card reader, Cabling, and Similar projects)
Must be fluent in English and Korean
Direct Hire. Monday through Friday
