A Global leading logistics comapny is hiring an Air Export Specialist.

Position – Air Export Specialist

Location: Carson, CA

Pay $50,000 – $80,000 per year

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and process air shipments for exportation to exceed our customers’ expectations.
Coordinate with airlines and other vendors (trucking companies) to ensure the smooth operation.
Generate billing invoice using the system and send AR invoices to customers.
Manage monthly AP invoices from the vendors to coordinate payments with accounting team before the due dates.
