채용포지션: 생산보전(Maintenance)
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
– Repair and maintain all production and other plant machinery and equipment
– Rapid decision making and action as necessary to troubleshoot correct, repair or replace electromechanical, electrical, and mechanical equipment and devices such as switches, sensors, pushbuttons, contactors, motor starters, etc. as needed.
– Follow preventive and predictive maintenance guidelines outlined
– Responsible for repair/monitoring of production and utility equipment such as ventilation, compressor, lighting, cooling water, utilities, dock/high speed door
– Complete daily work log and all necessary checklists outlined for department
– Check-off and verify that daily production equipment check sheets are completed
– Cleaning, wiping, and sweeping of work area and department responsible areas or assigned by team leader, supervisor, engineer, and manager.
– Support assembly, press, and facility related projects
– Complete weekend work plan
– Follow all monthly/shutdown maintenance plan
– Verify completion of daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly checklists and other documentation in support of production
– Support company 5S3C and “Improvement Suggestion” programs
– Participation in plant safety, health, and environmental programs
– All other activities requested by department team leader, supervisor, engineer and managerADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assumes other duties as assigned by supervisor.PREREQUISITES FOR THE JOB:
– High level of mechanical, electrical and troubleshooting skills
– Willing to work a changing shift schedule and available for weekend PM or repair work that includes holidays
– Ability to lift 50 pounds plus (not a major duty, up to cases)
– Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings
– Ability to write detailed repair reports as well as good verbal communication
– Basic tool sets including a tool-belt with essential tools: screwdrivers, pliers, allen wrench set, and crescent wrench. Carry & support radio communications at all times during work hours.Working Hours: 6:30 AM ~ 6:30 PM. 2주 단위로 주/야 교대 및 주말 특근 가능
Stipend: $80-100k up(Discussed on Interview)
