Position Title: Office Administrator & CS Coordinator
General Responsibilities:
1. Office Administration Duties:
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness.
• Manage and track inventory for office supplies.
• Coordinate shipments via DHL/UPS, including packaging and tracking.
• Order and replenish office supplies proactively.
• Schedule exhibitions and coordinate logistics with booth design vendors.
• Arrange and manage lunch/dinner appointments and internal meetings.
2. Customer Service Duties:
• Oversee and manage third-party customer service provider, Partner Hero.
• Provide guidance and resolve escalated issues from Partner Hero as needed.
• Collect, review, and submit monthly customer service performance reports to Korea HQ.
• Directly handle customer service calls and emails when necessary.
• Regularly monitor the FDA website for relevant updates and events related to company products.
• Report key FDA updates promptly to HQ and the US office.

• Fluent in English (both written and verbal); Korean language proficiency is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
• Experience or strong interest in office administration, customer service, or logistics
• Familiarity with shipping carriers like DHL/UPS and inventory tracking systems preferred
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable handling both routine administrative duties and unexpected issues
• Enjoys working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
• Interested in healthcare, diagnostics, or international business operations
• Willingness to learn and grow with the companyStipend: $50-55k/year
