보통 주신청자와 배우자/자녀들의 영주권을 함께 동시에 신청했다면 같은 이민국 사무소로 신청서를 보냅니다. RFE의 경우에도 같은 이민국 사무소가 발급할 가능성이 크며, RFE 수신처도 동일한 경우가 일반적입니다. 원글님 말씀처럼 주신청자와 나머지 가족들의 RFE 수신처가 다른 경우는 드문 경우인것 같습니다. RFE 레터 잘 확인하시고 정해진 주소로 서류들을 보내시면 문제 없을 것 같습니다. 아무쪼록 무탈하게 영주권 승인 받으시길 기원합니다. 감사합니다.
