Position Title: Marketing Manager
We are a fast-growing indie beauty brand focused on delivering bold color, clean formulas, and accessible products that empower creative self-expression. Our entire line is 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and driven by our mission to make high-quality beauty approachable for everyone. As we continue to scale, we are searching for a strategic, hands-on, and forward- thinking Marketing Manager who will lead our digital and influencer programs — and play a key role in building and growing our marketing department as the brand expands.The Marketing Manager will own the full digital marketing ecosystem — including influencer management, social media strategy, email marketing, paid media coordination, and brand partnerships. This is a role that combines strategic leadership, daily execution, and team building. In addition to managing current campaigns, this person will play a critical role in hiring, training, and building a small but highly effective marketing team over time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to grow alongside the brand.
General Responsibilities:
1. Influencer & Affiliate Marketing
•Develop and oversee influencer strategy mainly across TikTok and META, along with any other arising social media platforms.
•Manage influencer outreach, contract negotiations, campaign execution, and content review.
•Build and maintain strong long-term partnerships with influencers, creators, and agencies.
•Create performance tracking and reporting processes for influencer ROI.
•Scale affiliate and creator partnerships as revenue-driving channels.2. Social Media Strategy Execution
•Lead the development and execution of organic social media content calendars across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
•Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm and develop visually compelling, trend-driven content.
•Monitor platform trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to keep content culturally relevant.
•Manage social growth, engagement, and audience nurturing across all platforms.
•Oversee social reporting, content performance, and optimization.3. Email Marketing
•Manage Mailchimp platform for weekly emails, flows, triggered campaigns, and segmentation.
•Monitor campaign performance metrics and continuously optimize for conversion, retention, and growth.4. Paid Digital Strategy (In collaboration with ad agencies/partners)
•Coordinate paid media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads) with external agencies or internal resources.
•Support creative briefing, asset delivery, targeting, and performance tracking.
•Align paid media strategy with organic content, influencer campaigns, and product launch calendars.5. Analytics, Reporting, and Optimization
•Set KPIs and track performance across influencer, social, email, paid media, and affiliate programs.
•Provide weekly and monthly reporting to leadership, identifying wins, trends, and growth opportunities.
•Use data to optimize creative strategy, audience targeting, and content performance.6. Team Leadership & Growth
•Partner with leadership to identify staffing needs as the business scales.
•Help recruit, onboard, and train future team members for roles such as social media Coordinator, Influencer Coordinator, Email Specialist, etc.
•Develop internal processes, workflows, and best practices to build a strong, efficient marketing team.
•Foster a collaborative, result-oriented, and creative team culture.Qualifications:
1. Required Experience:
•4+ years in digital marketing, influencer management, or brand marketing (beauty industry experience strongly preferred).
•Deep understanding of the beauty, skincare, and/or fashion influencer landscape.
•Proven experience managing social media content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
•Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and SMS platforms.
•Strong understanding of paid media channels and how organic, influencer, and paid efforts integrate.
•Highly data-driven with experience in performance reporting, campaign optimization, and digital analytics.
•Demonstrated leadership experience — whether managing a team or cross-functional projects.
•Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills.
•Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.2. Bonus Experience:
•Existing influencer network or agency relationships.
•Shopify, Faire, and Amazon knowledge.
•Experience scaling marketing teams or agencies.3. Ideal Candidate Traits:
