Position Title: Senior Warehouse Supervisor

Role Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead warehouse staff, and ensure efficient logistics processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining safety standards, optimizing workflow, and achieving operational goals.

General Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff.
• Ensure accurate and timely shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Implement and monitor safety procedures and standards.
• Train, develop, and evaluate warehouse employees.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet company logistics needs.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and warehouse cleanliness.
• Analyze warehouse performance and report on metrics.
• Resolve issues related to transportation, logistics, or warehouse systems.

Qualifications:
• Over 3 years Senior Warehouse Supervisor experienced preferred.
• Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of warehouse procedures and best practices.
• Familiarity with inventory and logistics software systems.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Stipend: $60,000 – $75,000, based on experience and qualifications.
Working Hour: Mon-Fri, 9 A.M. to 6 P.M.
