Sometimes God uses that discomfort to help us discern whether this is truly our calling or whether He may be leading us in another way. Rather than seeing it as “quitting,” think of it as continuing the process of discernment with humility and prayer. Talk with your pastor or a trusted mentor, and take time to listen for God’s peace.
