제가 살았었던 모든 apartment에선 early termination안에 포함되어 있었습니다. 예를 들자면,
1월 초중순: 오퍼받아 1/31에 나가기로 오피스에 문의. Lease aggrement에 60 days notice & 2-months early termination fee 라고 되었음.
1/31: 나가면서 early termination fee로 2-months rent 내고 나감. 60 days notice안에 포함 된다고 함.
2월 중순: Lease office에서 security deposit 우편으로 체크 받음
