EB3 filing date이 01JUN22 이면 PD가 이 날짜이전인 application에 한해 filing 가능하다는 것에 대해 따로 해석이 필요하지는 않고요, 다만 5월 bulletin information은 5/1/23~5/31/23 기간내에 filing period가 적용되는 건지 질문드렸습니다. 이해되셨길 바랍니다.
